The fee schedule for not-for-profit organizations – $100.00; for-profits – $200.00.
Please note if you will require access to electricity, it will be your responsibility to provide it. If you plan to sell any food item (including wrapped candy & bottled drinks), please call the Montgomery Health Department at 908-359-8211 to ask about a one day (free) permit for the event.

You are responsible for tables, chairs, extension cords and any other equipment necessary for your booth. The Recreation Department is responsible for coordinating the location of the organizations and the items being sold so there is as little duplication as possible.
